First of all, let me tell you that there will be no recipe at the end of today's post. This is my mama's special secret stew! Absolutely my favorite!! Mmmmmmmmm so good I can barely talk about anything else. But I'll try. Today we went to UTCT for about 5 hours which was totally awesome with the rather large exception of Bama losing :( Anyway, the stew definitely isn't quiiiiite as good as when Mom makes it, but I'm still a fan.

Secret? Secret? And here I was anxiously awaiting the knowledge of how to make this most wondrous dish. :-) Glad yours turned out well. And as a person who went to LSU, I was quite happy with the how the game turned out.
