For those of you who don't know, this is Harry Potter's FAVORITE dessert! On a completely unrelated note, Rush has informed me that if I'm ever going to fail in making my daily dish, tomorrow will be it. He may very well be correct. Be thinking of me around 5:30ish :)
Recipe - I used pre-made pie crusts. De-crust and tear up 5 pieces of white bread. Put them in a small mixing bowl and add enough golden syrup to coat it all. Stir in some lemon juice and mix until it's smooth. Put filling into your pies and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, then bake at 200 for 10 minutes.
