I did it! I actually started my marathon. Today was a looong day for both of us (and probably anyone else who works with children - thanks Halloween candy) but I still made something that I've never made before. And here are pictures :)
Recipe - I actually just used a can of Libby's Easy Pumpkin Pie Mix. Recipe is on the back (though I did add some McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice). As for the crust, Pillsbury's frozen. And Reddiwhip of course.
We don't actually have a camera right now so all Cooking Marathon documentation will be made via PhotoBooth.
